If it has been going on a while and the child dissociates there would be no sound. So (especially but not exclusively digital) rape can and often is performed with the near exhibitionism and heightened risk giving the pervert a bigger rush.

Given the slime’s age (62) this should effectively be a life sentence. I would prefer if the creep had been dealt with a modern equivalent of Rule .303, but this should at least ensure he never gets the chance to hurt another little girl.
Prayers up for the teenaged girl. It’s going to take years to undo even the worst of the emotional damage inflicted on her. Her pain isn’t over, by a long shot.
