It can be susceptible to drafts and insects. I had one that lasted for 4-5 years, and was distressed when it finally died from an insect infestation. It was beautiful, and flowered every year. Oy.

If the rain holds off, we’ll take the fishing boat out Saturday for some striper bass fishing at Ha Ha Tonka. There is a large spring in this Missouri state park that keeps these fish in the area year round.
All we have left growing wise is the garlic, planted three weeks ago. it is up and green. I have a bail of straw that I plan to use as a cover.
Our neighbors bailed out for Florida. They send short notes beginning with “78 degrees and sunny here...”
