Something we can do to act locally is to not do any business with companies that hire illegal immigrant labor. For example, call all your landscapers and tell them you will no longer do business if they have non English speaking staff. CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT if needed to show you mean business.

If you need any work done on your house, do the same. Go elsewhere with your money!

They will tell you that all of the employees are legal but in reality if they don’t speak English, they are 99% sure to be illegal and using fake identification.
