After school hours when the building is locked and empty, I see nothing wrong with officers doing a drill with guns, etc.. But only then.

A principal’s permission is needed to conduct a police operation and this shows that principals can not trust the judgment of DHS and police in not terrorizing children and staff when they request permission to run a drill. The answer has to be “no” to such requests unless guidelines are made in writing before permission is given. Americans can no longer cooperate with the government without thinking. Our government is out of control.
