CWII Spark Gaijin: Sure, the PREMISE will be to maintain peace, but the FEDS are there to ASSURE that local cops dont excessively repress The Demonstrators.

They are federal security guards, however they are armed and sworn law enforcement officers.

Correct, but since they are responsible for safeguarding federal property any offense they witness would more than likely be a felony. Once again, they are armed and human and probably don’t know the reach of thier limited enforcement powers.
For instance, if you refuse to follow thier orders they could consider it a felony since they are sworn federal law enforcement officers.

And to make sure that the local citizens do not interfere with the “protestors” right to burn, steal, kill, rape, and rob the locals.

They are sworn federal law enforcement officers, but with limited jurisdiction. Remember that. Local ordinances, traffic laws, curfews, etc are not their business. If they try to make them their business, well...

Can any hotel employee take pictures of the cars in their parking lot, publish it, and not get in trouble? Why is everybody shocked about this?
A lot of guests visit hotels for reasons they don’t want known. Privacy is a big deal in the hotel business.

I know that Obama is behind the Ferguson whatever you want to call it. I do not know the details but I know that Holder is instigating for all he is worth. I know that the authorities will not protect the citizens. I know that the authorities will arrest the locals should they defend themselves from the “protesters”
