They sure are cute when they are just lil guys... soon he will be a big nasty bastard.
I had a permit once upon a time to raise 2 babies who lost their mother. I bottle fed them around the clock and they were tame until mating season, and then the male got meaner than a rattlesnake. I had to turn him loose. The female never did get mean, but climbed a telephone pole and was electrocuted.
We kept a few orphans in my youth until they got big enough to start getting mean.
