I think she would have to apply for a state license.
I think the only place that may hire her would be Planned Parenthood.

It may be that someone has filed a complaint in both New Jersey and Maine and her license is in jeopardy. She can practice in numerous states but must obey the state laws...including the quarantine.
She's making like she's a good girl...and like the court says you're not quarantined...but she still was and the judge made it very clear in his "rules".
She'll still have her high paying job with CDC and do what she does best...irrelevant reports.
