Just heard on savages show- National guard choppers headed toward Ferguson, local employers sending workers home early. Is the balloon about to go up?

I’d announce it next Thursday. Low temp expected to be around 25 degrees.The Rams are at home next week. Even with the cold weather, I wouldn't risk announcing it. I could be wrong, but I'd expect an announcement when there's not a game in town.

I’ll go out on a limb and speculate that, while there will be some bad behavior, it won’t be nearly as bad as people are speculating. I think the players here have fairly spent their emotion on the subject.

So all these national guardsmen and choppers are coming in for weekend “parties “... Honestly yes they could be. When I was in the Guards we had at least a couple of three day drill weekends a year. Transporting guards in a chopper on a Friday then would not be that unusual. One weekend in the fall we were flown almost 500 miles away for artillery range practice.
