Progressives didn’t dive-bomb yesterday. They just dove. And bombed.

An elephant riding the wave! How appropriate.

Hoping for a 55%+ landslide or even a 20% blowout for his Prez ambitions, it is probably a disappointing squeaker to him...

(Mrs. M said most of the voters in this State are “Cuomotose” ;)

Here in Illinois, we watched Quinnochio spin last night refusing to concede. If Cuomo went down, it would have been a tsunami not a wave. At least, Obama is toast.

Maybe I’m crazy, but I had an epiphany last night.

Is there any reason, in this day and age, to have election results trickle in? To allow either side to know how many votes they need to “make up” as counting progresses? Bob Beckle spke last night about “holding back” votes, which sounds suspicious.

We all know it happens. Rural areas wait for urban areas to release their vote tallies first, and vice versa. This is just an invitation for shenanigans.

I would prefer that all precincts tally their votes and then hold the results until all results are simultaneously released to a central counting computer.

The only thing we lose is the horse race watching on election night. And perhaps some immediacy.

And in-person one day voting with purple fingers. Absentee ballots only for those with good reason.

Closed primaries, too, but that’s another subject.

I see no point to all of the early voting BS, just invites fraud.

I especially love the vindication of not even having to wait for run offs to decide that we won the Senate! that cow mary Landrieu is irrelevant. Still hope she loses but she IS irrelevant.

Why we let states do the runoff thing is another question. The Constitution says to have an election day, not some do-over day set a month or two in the future.

Seriously, Georgia? January for a runoff?

What could the people who have endured an election season possibly learn in a month or two of more ads?

That is the Perfect word for today, a vindication of those who warned of Obama’s socialist national agenda.

Thanks. I prepared the word several days ago. I had no backup if dems held on to the Senate. Confidence!
