Yes, allowed Wolf to run a campaign mostly on the 1 billion obola stimulus money which Corbett was not counting on and made it up with cuts like reducing the state car fleet and in the end of his 1st year he had made up most of the 1 billion.
He let that out there and let Wolf/dems and allies savage him for 3 years. Worst marketing program anyone could make.
He looked just like George Bush who let Obama savage him on lies for nearly 6 years now.
