That's the weakness, right there. If someone is going to go so far as to coerce or indimidate someone into voting in a particular way, forcing the voter to divulge their identification number is hardly going to be much of an obstacle.

This can be averted by downloading the data and picking a number that voted the way the intimidator wanted.
Voter intimidation is also a crime that the victim can report.
It’d still be worth it to me to ensure the integrity of the election, which is what I think this would do.
