Last Chance (EVERYONE who is old enough MUST vote on Tuesday!)
Canada Free Press ^ | November 2, 2014 | Michael Oberndorf, RPA

On Tuesday, every one of We the People who is old enough needs to get out and vote. Period. No excuses. The Democrats have nearly destroyed free, capitalist, constitutional America, and if they are not soundly, roundly, and decisively defeated, they will do so. Period. Repeat, PERIOD.

Misleadership of the party – McConnell, Boehner, and their lackeys and toadies – have made it painfully clear that they are not conservatives

I have no illusions that a Republican victory will take us back to the Reagan years. The misleadership of the party – McConnell, Boehner, and their lackeys and toadies – have made it painfully clear that they are not conservatives. They, too, will destroy free, capitalist, constitutional America, but at a slower pace. And it’s that slower pace that will create a window for the genuine taking back of our country that makes voting massively for Republicans essential.

The alternative is to allow the traitorous, lawless Democrats to steal the election, just as they have done year after year since the party first came into being....

I can do that here, too. Just not the actual votes. Same as yours.

As posted on another thread on this subject:
Based on decades of study of the writings of America's Founders, and given the dire situation that we and others like us over several decades have allowed to occur because of our own failures to articulate and defend the ideas of liberty from assault and takeover by those who called themselves "liberals," and now self-identify as "progressives," one, if honest, must conclude that Hunter's analysis (of the need to vote) is spot on!

He should have added one further point: vote, and then dedicate every ounce of your energy from that moment on to holding the recipient of your reluctant vote to upholding the principles and ideas of liberty upon which America's 200-year history was formed!

You have technology available which can put the Founders' plain and simple ideas into the hands of every person you know. There is now no excuse for allowing the counterfeit ideas so-called "progressives" teach in the schools to dominate public debate on issues.

We lazy citizens have allowed our liberty to be commandeered by power-greedy political ideologues. An informed electorate might, over the next two years, be willing to hear and consider the ideas of a Cruz over those of a Clinton. We can do our part, but not if we take the "exit ramp" on voting day.

Makes one wonder how much access the media is allowed to the votes matching names. Little to none or full access?

While I fully agree that point, of yours, is coming likely. I predicted a long time ago we would vote one last time in 2016 and then all bets were off as to two years from 2016. (imho) becomes less likely if Conservatives are booted from the process in 2016 of a vote in 2018. Will depend on where the Military Stands ... and has been my opinion for a couple of decades.

“Not only vote but do everything we possibly can to expose voter fraud because without question these RATS are going to try everything they possibly can to steal the elections because they know they are set to lose big time.”

It is especially important that everyone reading this VOTE in order to put the margin over the customary and traditional 3-5% that the Dems steal.

If every man, woman and child in colonial America had had access to a printing press and sufficient paper as we do with blogs, the Revolution would have started years earlier and taken much less time to complete. And what do we do with that power? Send cat pictures, play games, talk about the latest movie or fashion tip, complain about restaurants and pin our favorite things to a wall...

A vote against the DemocRATS on Tuesday is a vote against the IRS, "lost emails" and "recycled" government computers and cell phones.

Remember what Barry said, "Voting is the best revenge!" - Barack Hussein Obama 2012.

Then make it simple. Let people have the ability to go to their election offices, show proper ID, then ask for a print out of their votes from past elections. Then if there’s a discrepancy, they can handle it right then and there.

Of course, it’s be a case of, “Too little, too late,” but if enough people find these discrepancies, something might be done about it.

Perhaps the states that have the ability can start a referendum to do this. I don’t know if it’d work, though.

The Republicans have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to be in the majority in both the House and the Senate. I am praying that every Republican who can vote will go out and do so. We will need every last vote. Even if we have the votes to win a majority, we need to win by bigger margins. If we have 52 Senate seats, we need 53 or 54.

I believe that much of the division and discord and enmity within the Republican Party stems from disagreements over how to deal with a Democrat majority. Not all, of course. But a substantial fraction. I am optimistic, surely moreso than most folks who post here, that the various factions of our party will pull together once the dust settles, and that we will see a true reawakening of this country in 2015.

Please, please, please vote. This is a chance that we Republicans have not had but for brief periods and that we will likely not have again any time soon. Please! I know that there has been disappointment in the past. Yes, there will be disappointments going forward, even when we are in the majority. But it is so very, very important that Republicans have this chance to govern from the majority. We need to know if they are up to the task!!!!

Amen, to your Post 28!

Now, let's do better, and inspire generations who've never read or been exposed to the ideas of liberty!!

The current Administration and its supporters are so out of touch with our Constitution's own formula for freedom that they view those who advocate a return to the idea of Creator-endowed liberty to be regressive. That's the "progressive" wisdom. Now, let's examine that view.

The "media" strategy which presents "regressive" as "progressive," "backward" as "forward," and "down" as "up." On and on it goes.

It's a strategy which goes deep into the decades-long effort to "fundamentally change" America from its new and revolutionary foundations in Creator-endowed liberty backward into the Old World and later Marxian ideas of control by imaginary human grantors and protectors.

Perhaps an answer to the once-asked question here on FR: "Why does Christianity 'scare' . . . ?" may lie in the degree to which the foundation ideas upon which America's Declaration of Independence were laid and from which the concept of Creator-endowed individual liberty and the Source from which that liberty is derived have been removed from "the American mind" (Jefferson).

Perhaps the so-called "progressive" enemies of freedom understand better than those who fancy themselves as "conservatives" that in order to reverse the Founders' ideas of "People over government," and institute "government over People," they must first marginalize and destroy the ideas from which liberty is derived.

The writings of America's Founders are replete with references which rebuke would-be tyrants and cite a Higher Source for life, liberty and rights. Early histories confirm those facts.

As so-called "progressives" have led a movement in forsaking the Founders' "reliance on Divine Providence," and belief that individuals are "endowed by their Creator," they also have forsaken the principles underlying America's Constitution and Declaration of Independence, and are systematically dismantling the greatest protections for liberty ever established for a people.

"Ideas have consequences"(Weaver).

The ideas of 1776 came out of a set of ideas consistent with liberty.

We tend to forget, or have never considered, that other world views existed then, as now.

Unless today's citizens rediscover the ideas of liberty existing in what Jefferson called "the American mind" of 1776, we risk going back to the "Old World" ideas which preceded the "Miracle of America."

There are those who call themselves "progressives," when, in fact, their ideas are regressive and enslaving, and as old as the history of civilization.

Would suggest to any who wish an authentic history of the ideas underlying American's founding a visit to this web site, at which Richard Frothingham's outstanding 1872 "History of the Rise of the Republic of the United States" can be read on line.

This 600+-page history traces the ideas which gave birth to the American founding. Throughout, Richard Frothingham, the historian, develops the idea that it is "the Christian idea of man" which allowed the philosophy underlying the Declaration of Independence and Constitution to become a reality--an idea which recognizes the individual and the Source of his/her "Creator"-endowed life, liberty and law.

Is there any wonder that the enemies of freedom, the so-called "progressives," do not promote such authentic histories of America? Their philosophy puts something called "the state," or "global interests" as being superior to individuals and requires a political elitist group to decide what role individuals are to play.

In other words, they must turn the Founders' ideas upside-down in order to achieve a common mediocrity for individuals and power for themselves.

So, the still-revolutionary idea stated by both Ryan and Romney in the 2012 campaign about the Source of our rights became fodder for the now-current President's disdain, when he declared that the ideas they were espousing were "reruns" from the 20th Century and better suited for "black and white" television. (Actually, Mr. President, those ideas were from a time much earlier than that.)

As Jefferson wisely observed:

"History, by apprising the people of the past, will enable them to judge of the future; it will avail them of the experience of other times and other nations; it will qualify them as judges of the actions and designs of men; it will enable them to know ambition under every disguise it may assume; and knowing it, to defeat its views."

All of which reinforces our conviction that the ideas of our Declaration of Independence and Constitution are as revolutionary and objectionable to tyrants as they were in 1776 and 1787!
