Uhmm - the 1st TexasCowboy Memorial Shoot was in May of 2006.
There may be some cool ranges at least PROXIMATE to the Houston area, maybe I'll get motivated and search around.
That would be awesome if you could find something. I just haven't seen one that fits our needs.
