Sterno doesn’t. 90 % ethanol. Log10 kill in less than ten minutes. 99.99999999% kill rate. As good as 10% bleach, if not better. As hand sani of course. Acetic acid kills these filoviruses too. 3% is enough. Household vinegar is 5%.
