I wasn’t making it up, just going by what I’ve heard. They didn’t put the Spanish nurse’s dog down out of meanness. They legitimately thought there was a threat.

And don’t hold me to what these sources say, I have no idea what the truth is.

None of those links mention a theory that dogs carry Ebola. They all say they don’t get sick when exposed and that there is no evidence of anyone ever having contracted Ebola from a dog.

I heard it bandied about, I’m not making it up. Obviously the Spanish believed it, and the people who bothered to test Bentley.
