No Elsie, I’m sure you realize that the wearing of the garment is a symbol of the covenants made. Defiling the covenants is what is being talked about. There are conditions to receiving the garment, the same as getting a temple recommend. if you defile the garment it means that you have defiled your covenants. That is why it is better for some of us to be non-Mormon, that way there is nothing to defile.
