Cowboys Waive Michael Sam From Practice Squad

IRVING, Texas – The Cowboys have decided to waive defensive end Michael Sam.
The practice squad player who joined the team on Sept. 3, spent the first seven weeks of the season on the 10-man squad and never made it to the 53-man roster.
Sam, the first openly-gay player in the NFL, was a seventh-round draft pick of the Rams.

Somehow I don’t hink Okra can do much of a reality show about a homosexual NFL player who washed out without taking a single snap in a regular season game. I think Okra has already cut Michael Sam too, even though he IS homosexual.
