The gentle giants prior record should be considered immaterial in this case, per the usual Modus Operandi in these situations.

Secondly, while the 5 eyewitnesse don’t agree on everything, I wonder if what they do agree upon (4 of the 5 say Brown ran, turned, put up his hands, and did not rush Officer Darren Wilson) will be ocnsidered as equal to what Wilson said.

Yeah, it appears that they accept that Brown forced himself into the cab of the police car where he was shot once.

I think there is some wiggle room as to whether he should have been shot as he was going back at the officer.

My personal opinion, though, is that Darren Wilson should go free. And I fear for his life thereafter.

I supported Zimmerman who turned out to have his own problems. But his attorney said that the lives of those who survive these trials and verdicts are tough. Hard to get a job or a place to live. Living in constant fear, never knowing who to trust.
