Well I can get the discovery they have.
The problem is trying to figure out what evidence (interviews that weren't conducted of eyewitnesses, physical evidence not deemed important to collect, and of course evidence that might go against the cops predetermined conclusion of guilt) should be in the prosecutor's file but never got there.
Most of the time it's sheer incompetence, and others it is malicious.
I see them both.
The prosecutors can't turn over what they don't have.
Evidentiary issues are becoming a bigger mess all the time it seems.
And I end up having to do the investigating that the cops should have done to begin with.

How complicated can it be?
Police are stopping and frisking people they suspect are either drug dealers or carrying firearms, without a CCP or not allowed as former felons, or both.
I have a CCP and I don’t sell drugs. Do I stay awake at night worrying about the 4th amendment because police are putting criminals in jail following valid Terry stop and frisks?
Nope. But keep up the good work getting gangsta thugs off on technicalities and in educating prosecutors. Very impressive stuff, like the ACLU or SPLC, so yeah, sleep tight.
