If he beats it, which he probably won’t, he won’t have any grounds to sue the league. They were acting in their best interest, he was adding to their PR mess and they needed to separate themselves from certain players. Especially with his suspension giving him his salary he’ll have nothing to stand on. What’s he going to sue for? Stat?
