As has been pointed out in other threads on this story, this isn’t a church. It’s a corporate entity doing business with the general public. In that situation, you play by the same rules as everyone else.

A corporate entity is nothing more than a vehicle for asset management and taxation.

Even if they did not incorporate (I don't know their status), they would be a sole proprietorship.

Every business has the right to choose their customers in freedom of association. No one is forcing anyone to get married at a wedding chapel when there is a J.P. across the street.

It is all about a shake down pushed by behind the scenes activists.

Really..why?...the government can now requires your to provide services without question?.... Because in get the impression your comming from a libertarian perspective that doesn’t sound very libertarian

so questions. . In Nevada...brothels and prostitution are legal in some areas... are the women in these business required by law to service and and all (male or female) customer.?.. or would that be rape?.
