Is it a bird, is it a plane? No - it’s a mystery man flying past an Airbus full of passengers as it flew over Macclesfield at 3,500ft

Please note that the first picture this second-rate rag of a paper shows is a “stock image”, NOT a picture from the incident.

I'll have to admit it was a bit cold up there. Next time, three layers of clothing and I promise to break the sound barrier.
Over and out.

Here's the relevant information:
"Pilots on a holiday jet..."
It was Iron Man or there was far too much celebrating going on in that jet.

The mystery man flew within 100 metres of the plane and left the pilots baffled as to how he was moving through the air, as neither could see a canopy suspending him.
Ebola motivated the mystery man!

I’ll be interested if the pilots saw him ascending.

A person in a flying suit, Dwain Weston, smashed into Royal Gorge bridge in Colorado a few years back, 2003. Killed instantly...which was probably a better death than the 1,000 foot drop to the bottom of the gorge.

Apropos of nothing in particular, I saw an amazing special on cable the other day about a bunch of guys who - believe it or not - attached lightweight motors to their backs and para-glided in relatively short spurts all the way from California to Kittyhawk, North Carolina.
Anyone else see that?
It was pretty amazing.
