Charlie Hustle should only be inducted into the HOF after he dies. He should not be allowed to give an induction speech.In the past, I have been adamantly against Rose's induction, but your option seems reasonable. In this way, he will not be able to profit from it.

No. No for so many reasons. The primary reason is Rose knowingly broke the cardinal rule of baseball with full knowledge of the rule and the consequences of breaking it. Have a problem with PEDs? Rose used PEDs: Greenies (baseball lingo for amphetamines).
Rose himself agreed to the lifetime ban from MLB and, therefore, the lifetime ban from the HOF.
Have some of you forgotten why Rose agreed to the lifetime ban?
