This article seems to be more of an argument for allowing “accidental incest” rather than outright incest by known consenting siblings...
I would argue this is already a problem within small black communities where women have multiple births with multiple partners....
Their children are bound to wind up mating with half siblings unbeknownst to them...
Not to mention small towns everywhere.
