The people are one issue but lets say this happened over seas.
The plane is now contaminated, regardless of where it occurs, its going back into service. Now what happens to future passengers? Stop the commercial flights and use charters and military only. Its been established that Ebola Zaire has a ID/50 of 1 to 10 virons under best circumstances, what it is for this strain is anyone`s guess, but that's unacceptable in commercial/public transportation for such a deadly pathogen.
