Her photos weren’t evidence of the crime because they were after the fact but it does provide proof he was there and does make her story more believable. Good enough to get him picked up for questioning if she gives a statement and files a report.

Two when she took pics of him he did have a “guilty, hand caught in the cookie jar” look.
Three he’s already on the sex offender registry.
