Saved many Christians and other faiths in Iran & Iraq. Did not endear them to other Muslims.
Kurds are largely Muslim. They are Leftist, but in a weird flavor. From what I have read it has a Libertarian twist??

I think I read that Israel and the Kurdish have good relations. No surprise there.
