There was a time in my faded memory when previews were sort of fun

Movietone News then Serialized Perils of Pauline or some such, followed by the Cartoon. Admission 10 cents popcorn five cents as was a small coke.

I dunno what the cost was, Saturday matinee and all that crap that my sister and I walked to. Probably last thing I ever did with her. (She is a raving liberal with two homosexual sons now)

Always seemed like the previews were good stuff.
But then this was the late 50's when the Hollywierd stuff was actually entertaining. As long as you liked John Wayne, monsters, etc.
