“If The Dow Drops Below 15,000… I Would Suggest People Start Buying Food & Ammo” (Shortened)
SHTF Plan ^ | 10/15/14 | Mac Slavo

Posted on 10/15/2014 3:59:26 PM PDT by Kartographer

According to Ameduri, if the market breaks under the technical levels in the area of 15,000 points on the Dow Jones, we could be in for a serious crash.

“Below 15,500 on the Dow and it could get ugly,” he says. “Below 15,000 and all bets are off.”

BREAK

“If it drops below 15,000 points I would suggest people start buying food and ammo, because this depression is about to turn nasty.”

Some people here desperately hope for some civil collapse either economic or from Ebola, so all of that stuff they’ve been storing in their basement for years can be usable.

In other words, you are totally unprepared for what's coming and will depend on FEMA and fedgov to save you. Good luck with that.

No. I just dont hope for bad things because my preparing has not turned me into a person with a societal collapse fetish.

I had some .38 Special flat nose cartridges my Dad gave me. The first one I fired didn't sound that loud and something skidded on the ground in front of me...’sheesh I must have kicked a rock’, I thought as I pulled back on the hammer again...Weak pop and another trail on the ground...This time I looked , at a .38 slug in the dirt....

rotate that ammo guys....

Why not a more realistic number like “zero” sales for every company.

The stock market is not an economic barometer, relative to sales and profit for the majority of companies not on Dow or S&P...

Sounds like a storage problem. I’ve shot ‘80s milsurp in the last few years with no problems whatsoever.

real market crashes in 2008, 2000, and 1987 didn’t lead to much more than discomfort for a brief period.

Explain that to people that never recovered from 2008.

I shall call you 'Lucky'.

Back in those years we didn't have an insane, enemy sympathizing, America hating, tyrannical, dugged up juvenille delinquent squatting in the White House.

Why? Why is he putting it at 15,000? Why not 10,000?

I think 15,000 because that would be the indication that the party is over and it is expected that will be going much lower. A correction of a few hundred points here and there and then a day of rallying makes people nervous; especially if they are buying on margin. But a significant downturn shows that the system is truly broken.

Also consider the sheer number of people depending on government handouts. That number has been growing and the state of the economy they would like to portray is just a facade to hide a dying patient. There aren't many more tricks in the bag.

Yep. Imagine what will happen to the American people when we have another crash with these people in charge.

The stock market is what they’re pointing to
to maintain the illusion of a good economy.

Everyone feels the job loss, the reduced spending power, the inflation,

but the Dems point at the inflated stock market and say “all is well”.

Is it THAT volatile? We can’t stop injecting fake money into a system that can’t afford a moderate correction? We are riding a runaway train.

I also realize that this house of cards the media calls a robust economy is built on embezzlement and unsecured debt.

I distribute commercial and industrial lighting. All of our products come from China (we actually co produce there) because the environmental lobbies have pressed democrats to pass bills making it illegal to produce lights in America.
