Reading these threads just makes me sad.
I am ready for a long stay in one place.
So much of the information does not apply to people who are alone...I do think the loneliness will be the hardest thing to accept.
Gun show this weekend...have to check inventory.....
How will we know when it is time to withdraw?
You are right these are sad times. When my husband and I pray together twice a day, we tell the Lord how grateful we are for the life he has given us. I know that my husband and I can be most content with only each other’s company; we like that best. But you bring up those who are already alone and will have to suffer by themselves because of their isolation. That hurts my heart to think how terrible that would be.
I do not know when it will be time to withdraw, 3C-Joy. I only hope and pray that those sasd and alone will attract those who will want to draw them in their circle of friendship and together they can be a blessing to each other.
What you wrote is like poetry, a terrible and lonely sigh. My prayer for you will feel those who care around you and you will have the fellowship that you seek.
Have fun at the gun show. You and those who have compassion for are in my thoughts and prayers.
