In September, the Bureau of Justice Statistics released their annual report on the prison population of the United States. In 2013 an estimated 1,574,700 prisoners were held under the legal authority of state and federal correctional officials–a figure that excludes the population of local jails. This is an increase in over 4,000 offenders from 2012. However, while the number of people in prisons increased, for the first time since 1980 the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) imprisoned fewer inmates at the end of the year (215,900 prisoners in 2013) than it did the previous year (217,800 prisoners in 2012).

The effect of the 70’s and 80’s cocaine mayhem, as their sentences are coming to an end. The violence, money laundering, conspiracy, and such was the stuff of every federal docket, and it was mostly from cocaine.
The Obama/Holder junta are releasing their peeps from federal custody because their peeps were justified in resisting the oppression of The Man. All federal crimes are racist in nature, and thus the peeps should go free.

Social Unrest Plan
#1: Allow Illegal immigration through unchecked and unproven policies on a massive scale to include youths
#2: Implement relocation for Moslem Arabs in areas that have seen generations using violence to take control of areas, instead of rule of law
#3: Ignore growing signs that a major virus is growing in another part of the world while allowing unrestricted air travel to and from that exposed area
#4: Make sure inner culture background relations are kept separate and capitalize on minor events between crimes that are committed by the minority and blame the majority to cause localized riots and neighborhood division among law enforcement and the impoverished, welfare dependent
#5: Ensure news coverage of scandals and non-traditional policies are ignored while the propaganda campaigns hides the true intention
#6: Attempt to size personal owned weapons in order to install fear into the majority of law abiding citizens to increase the body count once the social unrest begins by enacting laws that are doomed to fail
#7: Sit back and watch as the nation tears itself apart!
They need those Democrat votes.
I forgot - empty federal prison to increase crimes and the appearance of an unlawful society that is growing to maintain fear among the majority...
