Amid what some are calling the most severe medical emergency in modern times, CDC director Thomas Frieden says its time we start thinking about Ebola.
Frieden recently claimed that the U.S. infrastructure is so advanced that Ebola has no chance of spreading, but is now concerned with the procedures and protocols that are in place.
The Dallas nurse is clinically stable, Frieden said, and the CDC is monitoring others involved in Duncans care in case they show symptoms of the virus.
We have to rethink the way we address Ebola infection control. Even a single infection is unacceptable, Frieden told reporters. The care of Ebola is hard. Were working to make it safer and easier.
Frieden also apologized for remarks on Sunday, when the nurses infection was first disclosed, that suggested she was responsible for a breach in protocols that exposed her to the virus. Some healthcare experts said the comments failed to address deep gaps in training hospital staff to deal with Ebola. (Reuters)

Ping!
I don’t trust anything that comes out of this administration’s mouth.
So she is not bleeding out of her butt yet.
It’s not coming out of their mouths
"Embrace my virus. Nothing is safer.
Consider it .... like a vitamin."
These people are dangerously close to public hangings if children die. I think millions will get pissed off.REAL PISSED OFF.It just takes 200,000 unmannageable people raising hell it totally fold Washington.
I dont trust anything that comes out of this administrations mouth.
Neither does Judge Jeanine...she says....start worrying....gives a complete explanation (and timeline) of their incompetence....
Really? Did he really say this?
Oh yeah, they can lie to cover up their incompetence!
Ping to post #8.
Did the cdc directors end all the information released with the phrase ... Have a Nice Day. ??
Every agency in government has been politicized.
CDC included.
The beginning of genocide in America?
A comment posted at link....
Dr. Jane Orient, Executive Director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, reported
EBOLA its very, very contagious, it only takes between 5 and 10 virus particles to infect a person. You dont have to have cuts
there are receptors for the viruses in [peoples] normal skin.
This is a game changer. This means that our skin aint a barrier for ebola. It means our skin is an exposed organ ready to be contaminated.

I think we all kind of knew he was clueless from the first presser and now its just become beyond obvious. They know nothing and they are doing nothing. That kind of seems like accidentally on purpose to me.
To the CDC Director:
Stop travel from the affected countries, idiot!
yep a game changer ... We must ban football.
He only does what the Administration tells him. Any sane observer can see that things are proceeding as planned.
well this is just lovely.
