You know we'll be renaming the White House!

I know this is satire, but to address your comments, I’ve seen the documentary, and all the pro SeaWorld pieces against the documentary.

I’ll never set foot in any SeaWorld again.

I saw the film. I was nonplussed. Released orcas seek out humans. People who get in the water with flesh eating submarines are Darwin candidates. Keep the fish as happy and healthy as possible. Stop hating Sea World.

There goes that fussy little boy again, lisping about what’s racist. Should’nt he be in charter school this late in October? Anyway, I heard about the concerns raised via Blackfish. My question is; has Sea World made any changes or modifications on how they train their people? I suport people having safe fun with God’s creatures, and learning about them, I just don’t want any lasting harm done when it’s avoidable. I.E., I like animals in circuses, and believe it can remain entertaining, and be done without undue harm to the animals.

I had to write an essay on the documentary. It disgusted me that SeaWorld lied to its employees and its customers, and got some of them seriously injured or killed. It also angers me that they would steal calves from their mothers. I understand taking injured whales or orphaned whales into captivity, but needlessly stealing calves from their mothers? That’s horrible. Whales are highly intelligent and social creatures, and it doesn’t sit well with me at all for people to essentially break up families and endanger Pod-life. Then of course, there is the fact that SeaWorld knowingly breeds its aggressive whales, which is highly irresponsible and dangerous to humans. I don’t have a problem with Zoos or places like SeaWorld. I believe that endangered species can benefit from captivity, and that Zoos are highly educational places. I do have a big problem with endangering humans and animals or treating animals cruelly.

Even if no human trainer were ever hurt again, it isn’t right to cage killer whales, dolphins, or any wild animal.

I feel the exact same way about zoos. Life in prison, and for what? So a kid can see an elephant? That’s what the internet is for.

SeaWorld should be shut down.

I’m similar to others on this forum. While we are conservatives, zoos (marine ones as well) bother us. I cannot think of a worse fate then life in prison, for an animal, and that is what a zoo is. Prison.
