Agreed. I hate it too. Administrators like this need to grow a spine and respond to these solitary complainers thus:
"Your complaint has been noted. Now, go get 51% of the parents who have children in this school to agree with you and then come back to see me. Then we will discuss appropriate measures. Until then, you are free to complain but do not expect us to react to your complaints in the manner you suggest. Please, have a great day."
Wonder how much this parent contributes to the school?
“I wish to complain.”
“You want to complain ... look at these shoes ... I’ve only had them three weeks and the heels are worn right through.”
