Yep, Attn: American Males please keep eating those soy products and tons of carbohydrates instead of real meats, ocean fish, poultry, wild game if you have access to it, and fresh veggies and fruits.
Stay anchored to your chairs in your cubicles, and when you get home grab a high carb beer and lay down to watch tv until your dinner of high carbs, soy products and pseudo meats.
After dinner grab a couple of more high carb beers and lay back to watch tv until you wake up to go to bed. Don’t even consider going for a walk then or later.
The next morning re start the cycle with fortified OJ with a long list of added ingredients and more carbs. Eat your fortified cereal with more words re the number of ingredients, more than the words in a chapter in a good book. For snacks pack more carbo bars with more soy and at least 25 added ingredients a chemistry major can’t pronounce. On your way to work stop at Starbucks for decaf coffee and some of their high carbs deserts for your second breakfast.
In the mean time your doctor put you on a statin. A few months later, after more lab tests, he informs you that you have type 2 diabetes. You go on a soy plus diet with artificial sweetners and fats. You gain more weight, exercise even less and are hungry all the time.
You and your wife notice that your boobs are now bigger than hers, and Viagra stops working for you.
If she is lucky, you will have an early heart attack and be well insured.

Also, since plastics do affect estrogen as well, keep drinking coffee out of plastic or styrofoam, and eat food stored or even cooked in plastic too. So you can be an over-estrogen filled guy.
Seriously, drink from glass or metal only, and eat real food that isn’t packaged. Get exercise and avoid soy! Don’t eat out so much because GMO soybean oil is everywhere.
