BOSTON (CBS) A New Hampshire woman believes her tweets about an incident at the Philadelphia airport got her booted from a flight. Lisa Carter of Exeter was booked on JetBlue Flight #760 to Logan at 8:30 Tuesday night. But it was delayed several hours after another passenger accused the pilot of being intoxicated. JetBlue says the pilot submitted to a sobriety test which he passed. Carter tweeted and posted photos of what she witnessed at the gate.

Sorry, Honey, your race card has been declined. On the morning news they reported she is thinking of suing. Eric Holder has lots of time and nothing to do. Does she realize that the pilot has a prima facie libel suit against her?
Who reads/follows Twitter? How would the airline know what one of the passengers says?
Woman is an idiot.
Libel for what pray tell? That the pilot was given a breathalyzer? How is that libelous?
Jesse said take it easy;I can’t be everywhere.I’ll be there as soon as I can!
I’ll bet there are some videos of this poor dear of a woman. I imagine hands on the hips, chicken necking, and “aw no you din’t.”
He does?
Excuse me, she published a report that the pilot was drunk on Twitter, as result of which the pilot was subjected to a sobriety test. Hard to be anymore open and shut. Read the article.
You do not need to be under the influence of alcohol, even if proven by a BAT, to get a DUI. There are many intoxicating substances other than alcohol to be under the influence of an intoxicating drug.
I did read it. I didn’t see where she said he was drunk
I had a TSA agent accuse one of crews of drinking and then split. We had to send a drug test manager up there. The kicker? The accused was a Mormon!
You're a hobby piot?
If this is the story I caught on the news this morning, everybody was kicked off the plane.
They are obviously monitoring the social media for passengers.
Which in itself is pretty creepy.
Falling down drunk eh ???
She tweeted her flight number.
Pilot is an idiot.
“Carter was given a refund but Carter really wants an explanation.” OK. You’re a whiny beyotch and stay off my plane. There. Problem solved.
Why is the flight number relevant? I would agree if she made a threat but otherwise this is the action of an oppressive organization.
Airlines do this all the time. Punish customers who are unhappy with the service. It’s easier then providing a high quality service apparently.
