Even if someone has Ebola, just smelling the vomit won’t make someone else get it. You’d have to handle the vomit bare handed, because Ebola is passed through the handling of bodily fluids, blood, etc.

Ask yourself why anyone now coming into contact with Ebola patients is wearing a hazmat suit with self-contained oxygen tanks?

No, any sort of droplets splashed during the vomiting, or any bit of vomit getting on someone’s shoes or clothing could end up infecting someone.
