They get him a passport and easy access into the USA. They can do it because they’ve got plenty of money and influence, what with all the Mideast oil fields that Obama allowed them to seize. And Isis gives him tickets to a major concert or high-profile football game in a large-capacity stadium. Now he has the ability to infect thousands of Americans, who then have the ability to infect millions.
