Wa state is like DC..two party consent for recording audio to make it harder to catch crooked politicians.

However...WA state also has recent case law making a person’s vehicle almost an extension of their home as it lertains to privacy, searches by police, and seizing of evidence.

I wonder how that will play into recording in your own vehicle when somene steals it or when a valet is parking it.
