This is Espanola, they’re probably using up their last stock of Betamax tapes.
I am far from an expert, but looking at the footage the “ghost” was recorded on it’s pretty obvious it was recorded on video tape and not digitally...
A decent digital 16 camera system is only about 10 K at best....
I’m surprised they have not upgraded....
