"Bendgate" just lost some of it's promotional value for Samsung. The Galaxy S4 not only bends but the screen breaks as well.

Gaddamn iPhone 6. I just had to do my first support call on one tonight. I felt like telling the user to drop it in the pool. Now I'm
Samsung certified (lotta hardware training we got THERE *ahem*ahem*), and I have no clue what the hell to do with them. Besides buying an analog Ma Bell phone and be happy with it. I'd like to take The Internet Of Things and send it all back to Hell.
God, I love my job.

Rushing out to post this reminds me of the “no antenna” problem stories around the iPhone.....until Apple admitted the antenna problem.
Cults are like this. Some Apple fans remind me of the rioters in Ferguson.....damn the facts!

Been carrying my s4 in my pocket since the day I got it. Still straight as an arrow.
I do not, however, put it in my back pocket. That makes no sense at all and anyone that does is asking for a bent/broken phone.

You guys cant be serious?
The lenghts you have to go to try to cover for Apple isnt going to sweep this under the rug.
It’s the same as the left covering for Obama’s styrofoam cup salute by digging up a photo of Bush.

Who the hell spends 3 or 4 hundred dollars for an electronic device and then tries to fold it up?
The stupid things are made of thin aluminum sheet metal and plastic. Of COURSE they’ll bend if you TRY to bend them.

I just don't get it. I'm completely uninterested in this gadget fascination... and I've been in IT for 20 years, a network engineer for almost 15. I refuse to spend more on a stinking phone than I did on my home PC's. the only reason I have a smartphone is because work requires me to monitor messaging 24/7 and they pay for it. I'd huck this thing off an overpass if I could get by with it, but another would just return like an old stray cat you can't get rid of.
My personal cell phone is just that, it's only a phone. It's for convenience in case I get lost or other emergencies. I don't want mobile entertainment, I'd rather do that at home with my family and in small, metered doses. There's way more to life than staring at a stinking 5" screen all hours of the day... or ANY media for that matter.
... and I'm pretty much convinced that a smartphone user texting while driving is going to be the one that eventually kills me on the road. I'm so sick of it

I’m always impressed when I see people using phones with no protective casing... I drop phones all the time. An otterbox saved my phone from water damage after I threw my old iphone 4 into a lake, and even though I now use sleeker cases on my iphone 5, the spigen screen protector has saved the glass. Last week my best friend finally traded up from a flip phone to a new Galaxy... you bet I talked him into investing in a case.

So, what this proves is that the iPhone is just as crappy as all the others out there.
Why pay more for the same thing you can get cheaper elsewhere?

Nokia Lumia 1520 is bigger than the iPhone 6 Plus and it doesn’t bend.

Bendgate has left Apple customers bent out of shape.
