Oh, if you don’t have money, you definitely don’t want to be in Boulder.
As a single mom, I had a basement apt that rented for $950 a month. A dump. Over 12 years ago. Rentals in the Front Range are on fire right now, can’t imagine getting a decent 2 bd for much less than $1500 or so.
Moved to Longmont, got into a brand new condo for less.
Then moved to Weld county and got a huge home with land for less.
Within 20 minutes of Longmont, within 30 minutes of Boulder.
Thanks - good to know and I think you’re right- even if I can get a job as a counselor, I won’t be making enough money to live in Boulder, so that’s out. Will check into those other towns.
