Jackson police have found the body of a 17-year-old girl they say was kidnapped and shot.
Katelyn Beard's body was found Tuesday morning in a rural area north of Jackson, shortly after police found some of her clothes.

The exact same thing happened in my small hometown 3 years ago. 19 year old teen girl got in a relationship with abusive black boyfriend.
They found her body lying in the grass.

Are we to assume that the guy is *known* to have been involved or reasonably *suspected* of having been involved?
I keep seeing them too. Is it an epidemic or is the news media just starting to report it more.

Jackson Police Department spokeswoman Colendula Green says 19-year-old Dewayne Thomas was captured Monday and is charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping and auto theft. She says the aggravated assault charge will be upgraded.
Girls...quit falling for the “why won’t you go out with me? You a racist?” line...it could be the difference between life and death.
