I have to laugh a little bit. For years and years on TV they make a big deal out of reading people their rights. And then, on TV, the perps start singing like birds.
As much as this guy looks like a perp he did the exact right thing if you are ever hauled in for questioning. Say nothing. They are not looking to exclude you. They are looking to convict somebody. And nothing you say is going to help you own case.
I saw that she was missing a couple of days ago and they mentioned the “person of interest” but did not show a pic.
