I would favor a moratorium at least until a sane policy can be enacted.

At the very least the border can be secured and it's obviously suicidal not to.

I too want a 50 year moratorium of almost zero immigration, meaning 10 or 30 thousand a year or whatever just for the little detail stuff that always needs doing.
