I don’t care who is behind demonizing the league. Any league that supports the level of violence deserves to disappear, imo.
When talking about violence, I’m not talking about violence that happens on the football field. As a NHL fan, I do watching players knock each other out. I’m only talking about the kind that would get a regular person locked up.
If the league cares about its survival, it will institute steps that slowly filter out the kind of people that I wouldn’t want as next door neighbours. If it doesn’t take these steps, hasta la vista.
Americans will eventually find new sports to love.
You should care. Because what the Left is doing to football is going to spread to other sports and activities. The global warming crowd, for example, may go after NASCAR for wasting gas and creating air pollution. Or because the high speeds are "unsafe" and the federal DOT should regulate the league.

Oh please. The NFL doesn't condone any violence and has always taken steps to root out bad apples. The NBA has 30 times as many thugs as the NFL so why aren't the Left targeting the NBA?
