Actually, most pizza in Chicago has a very thin crust. What tourists call “Chicago-style” pizza is actually not eaten very much by people who live here.

You're kidding right? I grew up in near Chicago. Unos, Dues, Lou Malnati’s and my favorite Gino's East are all deep dish & the best pizza anywhere. Chicago pizza has to have thick crust, because they actually put sauce and lots of toppings on the on the pizza in Chicago.

When I moved to Milwaukee, almost 50 years ago, I ordered a pizza. It had a crust as thin and hard as matzo! Awful!

And they’re trying it in Toledo? A “Fatty Slice” would go over much better!
