I sure wish the government would hire some lawyers that could win some of these lawsuits for Americans. Unfortunately, all we’ve got fighting for us are second string JV lawyers.
It is not uncommmon for the EPA to issue grants to environmental non-profits for the express purpose of suing the EPA .
Yes, you read that right.
It is a means by which the EPA and the environmental movement can get thru the court what the EPA is powerless to render itself.
And it is all done at the taxpayers' expense.
Accordingly, it would be instructive to see the grant history for Earthjustice.
Actually the govt lawyers are on the side of the watermelons. They are in cahoots!
