I suspect they did multiple mock executions until he got it right, maybe over a period of months. If he had known it was real, he would more likely have said, "Barack Hussein Obama, I hold you and your limp wrist moral relativist followers entirely responsible for my execution. The victim spoke the truth, but not in the way the Brits want to hear it. The Brit is now dead because of the pathetic, misguided appeasement that the Brits continue to practice toward Islam. I don’t know if he was beaten down over a long time or not, just can’t imagine someone calming kneeling there and reading a statement, then having their head cut off short of being shown pictures of his family and told ‘either you do this, or we kill them all.’
I’d hope that law enforcement is closely looking at images of people who hung out in the area of the murdered victim’s families as I bet that near each of them is a terrorist cell ready to launch an attack.

Back in the days when the Troglodytes were taking hostages they made a mistake of taking a Russian.
Story went that the Russians found the first one of the breed of the abductors, chopped off a finger or ear and mailed it to the abductors country with a mild hint that if THEIR man wasn’t returned, unharmed - in short order that the rest of their man would be showing up in pieces and for every day the Russian was held, another of the abducting country would be seized ....
I am sure I enhanced this a tad but the gist of the story is there.
Oh, whether that happened or not, the Russian was returned in a day or so and not a hair on any of their heads was harmed again..
I do think this was before they tried to occupy Afghanistan so the Russians were definitely feared when they said they were going to do something.
They had a habit of ‘drawing a line in the sand’ without drawing the line - let you figure out just how far you should go.

I have no trouble imagining that picture (watering the ‘flag’) could have been on the steps of City Hall in most any state and there would be no ‘action’ taken.
