I like how they capitalize “White”.
Know what? The other week our cleaning woman called and said that she still had to get herself together because she didn’t want to look all “nappy-headed” going to work! And she was laughing about it! (In light of the Imus incident, I was a bit shocked.)
Now we have someone offended by another using it to tease her into throwing things at him?

Just a pet peeve of mine in stories like this... But the clowns comments were “racial” not “racist”. If I say blacks are inferior to whites that is a “racist” comment. If I say blacks have nappy hair or large noses that is a “racial” comment, but not “racist” because I’m not saying those traits make one race superior or inferior to another.
Ahh. Now it makes sense.
Noticing this happened in Memphis at Labor Day. That ‘Nappy Head’ remark must have been the catalyst for the Polar Bear attacks at the Kroger from just a few days ago.
As if they need a reason to play the knock out game.
THIS is the comment that ticked her off, not the "nappy head." She heard the latter all her life but the cheap clown2weave ticked her off because it told her that she had bad taste.

Why is it news that a clown at a county fair is obnoxious and tries to bait the patrons? Last year, I had a clown in the dunking booth at a local fair near me call me fat to try to goad me into paying to try to dunk him. Its what happens at these fairs. But I guess in our PC world, this can’t happen anymore.
Maybe the remark wasn’t meant for her. Did Tanya check to make sure Rand Paul wasn’t standing behind her?
Clowns are evil and most of them are pedophiles. Racist clowns are obnoxious and evil. Clowns who holler, “Hey nappy-head” are idiots, and should deported.
I never looked at clowns the same after I read “It”.
Note that Nappy Brown had close shaved hair back in the 50s and even in 2007 (he passed away in 2008).
